The first BayAir AC system installed in 1994 has yet to need a part replaced or even five minutes of maintenance.  It can be installed quickly with very few tools - you can easily do it yourself.  All you need to operate the unit is a cooler, ice, and your boat's 12v battery.  The unit actually draws its coolant from the melted ice in your well or cooler.  Its fan and pump require no generator, only a 12v battery.

The Unit draws cool water which is pumped through a heat exchanger where the hot air is converted to cool air.

The air intakes are on the back and sides of the unit.  A fan blows the air through the heat exchanger and then out the vent on top of the front control panel.

The Power and Pump cables extend from the back, lower left of the Unit.  The Power cords are connected to the Positive and Negative of a standard 12v boat/car battery.  The Pump cords are connected to the included pump.
